Please note that all packages get shipped out from Calgary, Alberta, Canada as REGULAR MAIL..

This method does NOT provide for tracking or guaranteed delivery time.

On average, it takes about 7-14 BUSINESS days to arrive, sometimes sooner, sometimes later.
I cannot give an exact arrival time, since it is something that is out of my hands and control.

Trackable options ARE available for Canada and the USA: 

Tracked Packet within Canada is a charge of 14$ 
Tracked Packet within USA is a charge of 18$

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Many countries apply import taxes and customs fees on all packages over a certain value entering the country.

I mark my packages as gifts so in very rare cases the package might get charged duties although I haven't heard of it happening yet.

These are not in my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be. 
Be aware that these customs and duties fees are the sole responsibility of you, the Customer. 
We do not refund Duty fees imposed by other countries.
We do NOT refund lost international orders.


There is always an option for RUSH shipping or shipping with a tracking number option, just message me to know more about those prices and options! If an order is put through on a Friday the shipment will be mailed out on the Monday! :) I am always reading my emails from customers and will help out any way I can if you are having a problem!!
